Trustees at inception or at least when the Agreement of Association and the Bylaws were signed in 1936:  On 19 June 1936, a formal set of Bylaws of the Club were adopted by the then Trustees:  Al Roen, E .E. McCormick, Wm. E. Shakespeare, Harris G. Ward, Jr., John R. Calhoun, Geo. P. McCormick, M. E. McDougal, F. Fuller and D. L. Tjomsland.  The Bylaws have been amended from time to time to make them a bit more cogent but the original mission of the Club has remained unchanged throughout the years of our existence.
