- We are pleased to announce registration for the 2025 Kids Camp will open for Club Members on Monday March 17th and run through April 21st, 2025. Priority for signup is given to kids/grandkids of current club members. If there are openings after the 21st of March, we will entertain applications for member sponsored kids from the local community. The preferred method of delivering applications and payment is to hand deliver them to either Jan Stephens, Jim Chun, Bill Lyell or Jan Lyell (at the Barber & Beauty Shoppe located in Parker Plaza). As camp fills up fast, mailing the application could result in the camp filling up prior to applications being delivered through the US Postal Service. Bringing a Guest to the Range? Don’t forget to have them fill out one of our Waiver of Liability/Assumption of Risk forms for their visit and leave the completed form in the collection box located in the Rifle Shelter. Blank forms can be found in the Rifle Shelter, or can be downloaded here: Waiver of Liability/Assumption of Risk and Member Conduct form. Also, ensure each of your guests signs into the Range Logbook.

Range Master Classes – We have implemented a sign up process for attending all Range Master classes. This will enable us to plan accordingly for the number of attendees and have adequate materials. To sign up, please send an email to the general Club email address, vscinfo47@gmail.com. Registration request emails should be done by the Thursday before the class you’re planning on attending. ID Badges should be worn while on Club grounds.

- If you have updated your email or recently joined, make sure to check your SPAM folder for the invitation to join our mail listing. Old emails will be deleted to facilitate adding your new email.

Our Club Membership Documents, the “Sponsor Checklist”, “Member Application”, “Liability Waiver/Code of Conduct” and the “Membership and Guest Policy” can be delivered electronically to members who are qualified to sponsor a new member. Hard copies of these documents are available in the Clubhouse entry foyer, to the left of the inner entry door.
- Eligibility to sponsor a new member requires current members to have three (3) or more consecutive years as a member in good standing. All members who qualify as a New Member Sponsor may request these documents by sending an email to vscinfo47@gmail.com.
