The young man (above left) in the white t-shirt is currently
serving our country in the United States Marine Corps. He
proudly wears his Expert Rifleman Badge on his dress uniform
(below). Many thanks to the members of the Vashon
Sportsmen's Club from his friends and family for helping him to
acquire such fine shooting skills.

| Established in 1933, the Vashon
Sportsmen's Club has served as a place for Islanders to enjoy the fun
and excitement of outdoor sports. We meet the 1st and 3rd
Friday of every month at 8 P.M.
If you enjoy archery, camping, fishing, hunting, shooting, or any
other outdoor sport, please come and join us at the V.S.C.
We are located on Singer road just south of the entrance to the
Vashon Cemetery.
